Pre-installation Preparation
Measure the dimensions of the garage door opening to ensure that the garage door and all its accessories are intact and undamaged. Prepare tools such as an electric drill, screwdriver, and level.
Install the Tracks
Use a level to determine the horizontal and vertical alignment of the tracks. Then, fix the tracks onto the walls on both sides of the door opening, ensuring that the spacing between the tracks is even to provide a stable path for the door panel to operate.
Assemble the Door Panels
Connect each door panel one by one according to the instruction manual and secure them with screws, making sure the connections are tight and the panels are flat.
Install the Door Panel
With the help of lifting brackets and other tools, slowly lift the assembled door panel and place it into the tracks. Adjust the position of the door panel to ensure smooth operation without any jamming.
Install the Motor and Accessories
Install the motor at an appropriate location, connect the chain or belt properly, and install the limit switch device. Adjust the limit switches to set the appropriate positions for the door to open and close.
Debugging and Inspection
Connect the power supply and test the opening and closing functions of the garage door. Check for any abnormal noises, vibrations, etc. Promptly adjust and repair any issues found.
