The packaging of various door styles produced by Qingdao Norton varies depending on the type of door, customer needs, transportation requirements, and other factors.
After completion of production, Qingdao Norton follows the following packaging process:
Cleaning and Inspection: Before packaging, the door body will undergo thorough cleaning and inspection to ensure that the product is flawless and free of contamination.
Assembly and Fixation: For door bodies that require assembly, they will be assembled in the installation sequence and fixed with specialized tools to prevent loosening during transportation.
Selection of Packaging Materials: Appropriate packaging materials are selected based on the type, size, and weight of the door body.
Packaging Operation: The door body is placed in the packaging material, and foam plastic is used to fill the gaps. Tape or ropes are used for fixation. For large door bodies, wooden boxes or wooden frames are also used for reinforcement.
Labeling and Record-keeping: Information such as the product name, model, quantity, and production date is labeled on the packaging, and detailed shipping invoices and transportation records are prepared.
