Installation Notes for Rigid High-Speed Doors

Pre-Installation Inspection

Check the door opening dimensions, frame level and verticality to ensure compatibility with the door body.

Inspect that the motor, guide rails, curtain panels, control system and other accessories are intact and complete.

Foundation & Fixing Requirements

The installation wall and columns must be solid and load-bearing to prevent loosening, abnormal noise or deformation during operation.

Guide rails and frames must be firmly fixed; all screws and expansion bolts must be properly installed without missing or loose fasteners.

Guide Rail & Curtain Panel Installation

Keep left and right guide rails parallel, vertical and evenly spaced to avoid jamming or deviation.

Ensure curtain panels are connected smoothly, without deformation or scratching, for stable lifting.

Motor & Control System Commissioning

Install the motor securely; adjust transmission parts to proper tension to avoid overload or slipping.

Set upper and lower limits and deceleration positions to ensure stable and accurate operation.

Test emergency stop, anti-collision, and photoelectric protection devices to ensure sensitivity and effectiveness.

Safety Devices

Photoelectric sensors, safety bottom edges, anti-falling devices and other safety parts must be installed.

Test anti-pinch and anti-collision functions; the door must reverse or stop immediately when encountering obstacles.

On-Site Safety & Standards

Keep the installation area clean; prohibit unauthorized personnel from entering to prevent injuries or falling objects.

Standardize wiring in accordance with electrical safety regulations to avoid short circuits or electric leakage.

Post-Installation Acceptance

Conduct multiple lift tests to check running speed, noise, sealing performance and positioning accuracy.

Instruct the user on operation methods, daily maintenance and emergency manual opening.

Daily Use Reminders

Regularly clean guide rails, check fastener tightness and seal wear.

Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble the motor, control system or safety devices.
