Inner Layer Protection: A layer of bubble wrap is placed on each side of the roller shutter door where end caps have been installed, and the door is then rolled up with the bubble wrap to provide an initial buffering effect.

Middle Layer Reinforcement: A thick layer of EPE foam (pearl cotton) is used to envelop the entire roller shutter door.  The seams are secured with adhesive tape to enhance the protective properties.

Outer Layer Fixation: Cardboard is used for additional fixation to further ensure the stability of the roll up door during transportation, preventing issues such as bumps, dents, scratches, or missing components.
